DCstockphoto Contributors Info

Contributor agreement between DCstockphoto and Photographer.

By submitting images for inclusion on the DCstockphoto website (”the Site”), Photographer agrees to the following terms and conditions with Elliott Teel Photography, d.b.a. DCstockphoto. Photographer ensures that they have all legal rights to the photographs they submit. Photographer retains all legal rights to the photographs they submit. Photographs will not be used by DCstockphoto in anyway other than on the Site without prior approval from Photographer.

Photographer acknowledges that not all photographs submitted for inclusion on the Site will be included on the Site. DCstockphoto will make a reasonable efforts to notify Photographer of photos not included on the Site, and why it has not been included or removed.

Photographer acknowledges that DCstockphoto is operated on the Digital Railroad website, and is subject to the User Agreement therein. DCstockphoto has no ownership in Digital Railroad, nor does Digital Railroad have any ownership position in DCstockphoto.

Payments to photographer on sales from the Site will be distributed to the Photographer within 10 days from the time DCstockphoto receives payment from the sale.

Photographer will hold DCstockphoto harmless in the event of any copyright violation or other misuse of the photographs submitted to DCstockphoto. DCstockphoto will take all reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized use of the photographs.

DCstockphoto reserves the right to make changes to this agreement as needed.  In the event of any substantial changes, DCstockphoto will notify Photographer.
